Personal qualities:

Professional skills:

• Successful work experience of 5 years or more in the position of operations director, commercial director in the field of management in architecture, development, construction, production and real estate.
• Higher education - architectural/construction/economics
• Able to use modern programs that will help improve the company's performance indicators
• Understand current legislation
• Able to analyze the market
• Experience in communication and interaction with clients and contractors
• Knowledge of construction regulations
• Be able to make important decisions independently in crisis situations, understanding all the consequences
• li>Written and spoken Ukrainian language
• English language proficiency: intermediate and higher - desirable
• Driver's license and own car - desirable

Main Responsibilities:

Processes:

• Systematization and debugging of the company's business processes. Automation
• Complete operational management of a subordinate unit (architects, engineers, buyers), production. Project Management.
• Organization and analysis of economic and financial activities, protection and execution of the budget
• Building and implementation of a system of key performance indicators.

Manufacturing:

• Search for partners for production of products—scaling according to the company's goals. Selection of production areas, evaluation of production possibilities. Cooperation with outsourced productions - control of order execution, selection, communication.
• management and development of the architectural and engineering department.
• Management of operational processes - from the order entering the company to its execution. Construction and control of effective production and logistics processes - in Ukraine and abroad. Organization of logistics.
• Control of purchasing efficiency and production cost.
• Setting plans, work deadlines and monitoring their compliance, both among employees and with contractors.
• Organization of the document management system, development and implementation of document templates: estimates, contracts, acts, technical specifications, commercial proposals.

Sales:

• Participation in the expansion of the client portfolio - with the help of commercial andmarketing team, as well as with the help of our own tools and capabilities. Participation and control over the development of pricing policy, assortment.
• Participation in the constant analysis of the market and competitors.
• Preparation of documents for participation in tenders.
