• 3 years of experience in a similar position (operations director, retail director), experience in managing a chain of stores food-retail - will be an advantage!
• Higher education. 
• Knowledge of modern management systems.
• Experience in sales management.
• Skills of business planning, budgeting, reporting.
• Strategic thinking, analytical qualities, developed management competencies.

Tasks that will stand:

• Ensuring smooth operation of the network, execution of plans.
• Operative management of store activities.
• Network personnel management, team formation, motivation, training, planning, supervision of the work of curators and store directors.
• Participation in the development of the annual business plan .
• Planning, control and analysis of sales.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Control of execution of the expenditure budget, targeted use of funds.
• Planning and implementation of sales volumes.
• Analyzing the operational results of activities for the formation of priority tasks in the development of the network, monitoring their implementation.
• Development and implementation of measures to improve level of sales and service.
• Participation in price policy analysis.
• Participation in forming orders.
