We have more than 240,000 customers, but we want to acquire even more, there are no boundaries for improvement. Therefore, we are looking for a team of SOO to achieve this goal.

What will need to be done:

• Defining methods and means of obtaining hypotheses and solutions;
• Making decisions based on the analysis in which issues these indicators will help to solve the problem;
• Implementation, organization and step-by-step control of the implementation of solutions (deadlines, responsible persons, solving current issues);
• Reports and presentation on the state of the processes "before" and "after" (results, goal, fate of closing the "pain") implementation of solutions;
• After achieving a negative result identifying problem areas, why it did not work, starting a new cycle of actions;
• Improving the customer experience;
• Improving the amount of fundraising and using the service;
• Improving the usability of the application;
• Improving service processes with the aim of speeding up, making processes cheaper;
