We are a young, rapidly developing company "Molochnaya Dolyna", a part of the SCM group of companies (System Capital Management)

We are building a modern container terminal that will provide a full range of logistics services. This is 8 hectares of effective area. 

The infrastructure of the terminal, specialized equipment will allow to store, process and deliver any kind of cargo according to the needs of the client. 

We will offer customers affordable services of regular container trains connecting the terminal with a network of other terminals and ports.

We invite you to cooperate in the position of operations director of the terminal

Working conditions:

• Official employment, according to the Labor Code of Ukraine; 
• Competitive salary level; 
• Timely payment of wages, twice a month;
• Five-day work week. 
• If relocation is necessary, housing rental compensation is considered.

Requirements:

• Work experience in related to the organization and provision of operational activities in the field of port logistics, terminals, etc.) from 3 years;
• Higher education in the field of transport, logistics, economics;
• High level of leadership qualities, the ability to organize the work of a team.

Future tasks:

• Ensuring smooth functioning of the operational business processes of the Terminal:
< li>organization and control of cargo handling works with optimal use of all types of resources and ensuring the satisfaction of all agreed customer requirements;
• organization and control of dispatch service work;
• organization of effective interaction with the railway station and relevant units of Ukrzaliznytsia;
• organization of accounting and registration of cargoes;
• compilation of cargo handling schedules and organization of their execution taking into account concluded contracts and road conditions;
• providing the necessary cargo storage and processing;
• management of internal logistics, ensuring optimal storage and efficient movement of cargo processed on the territory of the Terminal;
• organization of proper processing of acceptance and delivery and accompanying documents for the cargo, etc. .
