Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of the general strategy and operational directions of the organization

• Operational management of business processes (their description, optimization and systematization)

• Effective management of an accountable team 

• Monitoring and reporting (tracking key performance indicators, preparing reports for senior management)

• Ensuring the company's compliance with all norms and standards

• Coordination of work between units

• Interaction with customers and partners

• Working with budgeting and cost optimization

• Working with the current and planned organizational structure

• Analysis of key indicators and metrics 

• Ensuring a seamless work process 

• Ensuring an effective regular management function
  
  

You are our candidate if you have:

• Experience in operational management of large companies (preferably international, manufacturing)

• Proficiency in spoken English (from B1) is desirable

• Building experienceand implementation of business processes with 0

• Experience in business transformation

• Adaptability, strategic thinking, readiness to accept decisions and take responsibility
