Expectations from the candidate /span>

- Experience as an operations director (withфера діяльності компаній – бажано індустрії fashion, рітейл); 

- Досвід управління командою та процесами, їхнього ефективного налаштування;

- Досвід керування, оцінки та оптимізації грошових потоків компанії; 

- Хороші комунікативні та організаторські навички;

- Вміння та готовність приймати рішення та нести відповідальність;

 Обов'язки:

- Improvement of existing processes and results according to the strategic goals of the company; 

- Management and control of the company's activities and analysis of the company's performance;

- Structuring and optimization of processes foruninterrupted work;

- Management of financial flows and control of the use of all resources;

- Close cooperation with all departments of the company, production;  < /span>
