The company is among the TOP-3 independent importers of Korean cosmetics, we work with national clients EVA, MAKE UP, BEAUTY PROF, DINI and others since 2017.
The company's portfolio includes approximately 100 brands and 2,500 SKUs.
The company manages several sites for the wholesale sale of cosmetics, and has about 20 people in the team.
The company is also in the process of restarting retail sales on the website and marketplaces.
We are actively looking for an Operations Director who can take on operational management of the company itself, systematize processes, adjust the management system, increase the efficiency of the return on invested efforts and capital.
During 2024, it is planned to transfer the full functionality of the company's operational management to the operations director.
The company will focus on several areas of long-term development:
1. Sales. Expansion of presence in new customer segments on the Ukrainian market.
2. Purchasing. Expansion of the assortment with new categories and products, transformation of category management and procurement.
< 3. E-commerce retail sales. Development of a retail sales model through its own website and marketplaces in Ukraine.
4. International expansionto European markets.
5. IncreasingROI and profit from activities in the Ukrainian market.

FUNCTIONAL AND TASKS
Warehouse:
- Ensuring the quantity and quality of daily effort by warehouse employees against agreed tasks and plans
- Definition and division of functionality within the staff
- Updating the writing of positions
- Updating the work regulations for each position
- Creating the production rate for each position
- Rulesmanagement of the warehouse (who does what, when and in what sequence according to established processes)
- Daily management of the team, processes and indicators
- Search, hiring, adaptation and motivation of warehouse employees

Purchasing and Logistics:
- Ensuring the daily quantity and quality of efforts by employees of the Purchasing Department against agreed tasks, plans and agreements
- Budgeting of purchases for the month and week
- Determining the margin by segments and sub-segments, brands, recommendations for working with segments products, in relation to the margin.
- Analysis and recommendation on the brands on which it is necessary to make the maximum focus with the purpose of obtaining the margin, shipments, ensuring competitive advantages
- Creating job descriptions and positions purchasers' instructions
- creation of work regulations for each position
- creation of procurement department work regulations
- regular training of employees in new procurement practices, negotiations, analysis of supplier proposals, search for new suppliers etc.
- Interaction with suppliers with the aim of obtaining the best terms of cooperation (prices, deferrals, gift fund, promotional offers, exclusive conditions)
- Ensuring the search for new categories, brands that can bring additional profit to the company, strengthen competitive positions.
- Interaction with carriers with the aim of ensuring better conditions in terms of tariffs, transportation terms, as well as the level of service provided
Sales:
- Ensuring the daily quantity and quality of efforts of Sales Department employees against agreed tasks, plans and agreements
- Implementation goals and tasks aimed at increasing sales to existing customers Implementation of tasks, initiatives aimed at expanding the base of new customers Implementation of long-term cooperation programs with key customers Management By the head of the Sales Department systematically (day, week, month)
- Regular implementation of special price offers and promotions for the Sales Department
Analytics:
- Ensuring daily analyst effort quantity and quality against agreed tasks and plans
- Ensuring performance analysis by periods, by TM and SKU: ABC -XYZ
- Analytics by clients, selection of progress of dynamics by clients, reduction of sales by clients, selection of dormant, inactive and on the contrary gaining momentum clients
- Providing the Purchasing Department and the Sales Department with analytics by brands, categories, margin with the purpose of making regular purchases
Finances and Accounting:
- Financial planning of purchases and receipts for a month and a week
- optimization of the expenditure part for financial services
- Management of counterparties
Marketing:
- management by a marketer who manages the compilation of marketing andactivities for the company, including SEO, SMM, Advertising, E-mail mailings, SMS mailings, UX/UI optimization of sites
- Systematic work on attracting more targeted traffic to company websites
- Systematic work on increasing conversions from invested resources to attracting targeted traffic
General Management:
< li>Managing and evaluating the quality and quantity of efforts, as well as the results of the Sales Department, Purchasing Department, Marketing Department, Warehouse, Accounting- Managing the organizational structure of the company
- Quarterly evaluating employees and providing them with feedback communication, building plans for the development of employee competencies
- Management of P&L and company profitability
- Budgeting the expenditure and income parts of the company
- Systematic work on optimization of the expenditure part with the aim increasing overall business profitability

Worked in management positions, and can confirm his experience and skills with proven results.
Has practical experience construction and transformation of Logistics, Warehouse, Purchasing Department, Sales Department, Marketing, Finance
Has practical experience in scaling the company's business through the expansion of customer segments and the expansion of the assortment, as well as with the help of marketing activities to attract and retain customers

Has successful proven experience in optimizing processes within the company in order to increase efficiency and return on invested resources
Has many years of experience in finding, attracting and hiring employees, their training, evaluation, development of competencies, as well as building motivation on a medium- and long-term basis
Practical experience in creating a company reporting system: day, week, month , quarter
Successful experience of working with assortment, categories of products from the point of view of obtaining return on invested resources, turnover, as well as creating competitive advantages through product assortment and balances
Understanding the basics of category management and experience with product categories will be an advantage
Successful practical experience in managing sales, marketing, promotion processes will be an advantage
