Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial position, namely a high level of management skills and experience in managing teams; 
• Ability to make strategic decisions and implement them in practice; - Ability to effectively organize the work process; 
• Experience of working with CRM systems for managing relationships with clients; - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; 
• Understanding in PR, marketing, finance and budgeting; 
• Customer orientation. Ability to understand customer needs and provide a high level of service; 
• Experience in attracting new customers;
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies for attracting new customers; 
• Ability to use different channels to find and attract potential customers.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in industry enterprises. Previous work experience in the field of tourism, hotel business or accommodation reservation; 
• Understanding the specifics of work in this field and knowledge of key players in the market.

Responsibilities:

< li>Development and implementation of strategies for attracting new customers through various channels in order to expand the customer base; 
• Managing and organizing the work of the team, as well as, in case of expansion, selection of specialists and cooperation with outsourcing agencies; 
• Work with CRM systems and their analysis to improve the quality of customer service and optimize sales;
• Implementation of marketing strategies, cooperation with PR agencies and media partners, organization of advertising campaigns, including purchasing advertising in Telegram channels;
• Interaction with key market players in the field of tourism and hotel business, as well as understanding the specifics of this industry;
• Effective communication with partners and clients from different cultural environments for successful work.
