Requirements for the candidate:

• 3 years of experience as an operational or executive director;
• experience of working with more than 200 employees. in indirect reporting;
• experience in optimizing business processes;
• warehouse and logistics management skills;
• team player with high leadership qualities;
• knowledge of 1C and Excel;
• experience in CRM system implementation;

Willing to consider candidate from Trading Company (FMCG, Electronics or Warehouse Logistics). Responsibilities:

• management of the Company's operational activities;
• analysis of current processes, refinement regulations and work algorithms of departments that are part of the back office;
• systematic assessment of the Company's operational efficiency with the aim of implementing improvements;
