We are looking for an experienced professional, in love with the product, who is able to take the business to a fundamentally new level and develop a presence in international markets.

Requirements for the candidate:

- 2 years of experience as an Operations Director, preferably in the field of fashion/clothing design, or related fields;

- successful experience in building a business - company processes: production, accounting, sales, personnel, marketing, logistics, etc.;

- knowledge of accounting, finance, management accounting;

- ability to select a team and contractors;< /p>

- experience of conducting internal audits;

- confirmed financial results of activity;

- higher education;

- knowledge of languages: Ukrainian and English (not lower than B2);

- experience of personnel management of 100 people or more;

- experience of working with international markets.

Main tasks of the position:< /strong>

- construction/optimization/automation of the company's business processes;

- management of divisions and areas of development of the company;

- organization of work with contractors;< /p>

- development of strategy and achievement of business goals;

- construction of organizational structure and personnel management;

- organization and control of management accounting;

- construction of business analytics;

- ensuring quality communication of all business components.
