Dream Management company invites an Operational Director to the team.

• Creating a management system

• Development and implementation of effective business processes, coordination of various departments.
• Ensuring the company's operational activities.
• Expense control, ensuring the financial stability of the company.
• Search for new opportunities for business development.
• Communication with shareholders, partners, customers.

Requirements:

• Successful experience in project management and creating a management system
• Experience in the hotel and restaurant industry business or service sector (conference - service, tourism, spa - services, medical services)
• Strategic approach.
• Responsibility and systematicity.
• Initiative and ambition.
