Our client is a company that is launching a new project on the import and retail sale of sex toys, through its own (online and offline ) sex-shop.

We are looking for a candidate for a vacancy "Director of Operations"in the retail network.

• Development and approval of the business development strategy (from the business owner's idea to the "project roadmap").

• Implementation of the project's business plan and marketing plan.

• Budgeting and implementation control according to the approved plan.

• Calculations and price formation, analyzing various product procurement schemes.

• Organization of the pricing process and competitor analysis.

• Preparation and opening of a retail outlet in the city center.

• Analysis and formation of product assortment matrix.

• Search and selection of personnel for the project.

• Franchise development for brand promotion.

• Organization of team work.

• Analysis, planning and launch of an online project.

Experience of the candidate bIt will be interesting if:

• Experience in starting a retail business from "0" and scaling it.

• Experience or understanding of pricing principles goods and the UE.

• Expertise in the preparation and launch of Trading Points.

• Experience in the development and implementation of a franchise.< /span>

• Experience in project planning and budgeting.

• The ability to choose and form a team.

• Knowledge and experience in building online store business processes (purchasing, logistics, call center, customer service).

• Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than average, for communication with foreign contractors.
