We are inviting an OPERATING DIRECTOR(-CU)< /strong>

In this role, we see a powerful specialist with multifunctional skills in management, communications and the ability to effectively manage a project;  a person with bright charisma, strong organizational qualities, who is passionate about his work, believes in his abilities and inspires every member of his team.

Roles and tasks:

?   work with the Foundation's team as a whole and by direction, as well as individual work with department heads, establishing interaction between them, monitoring the implementation of set goals and indicators for each department

?   analysis, development, management of the company's business processes, meeting deadlines, identifying weak and strong points of activity

?   team development, responsibility for its scaling

?   close cooperation with the founder and CEO of the Fund in the area of ​​regulation of strategies and development of the organization

?  implementation of analytical systems, KPI and accounting systems for the company's work (ERP, CRM, etc.), which meet the needs of the time and will strengthen the team, not its burden
