Therefore, we are currently looking for an organized, goal-oriented, responsible Operations Director in our team, who will ensure the stable operation of the clinic will grow and develop together with us.

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

• You have 3 years of experience in managing and building business processes, preferably in the field of medical or dental activities;
• You have a higher medical or economic degree education related to management of organizations or dentistry.;
• Able to effectively manage a team, motivate employees to achieve set goals;
• Able to analyze data and make informed management decisions;

• Able to achieve goals and improve work processes in the clinic.

YOU WILL DO:

• Development and implementation of a motivation system for employees;
• Selection of personnel;
• Management and coordination of the work of the clinic;
• Solving organizational issues issues;
• Personnel management, ensuring its effective work;
• Obtaining necessary permits and licenses;
• Control over purchases and spending on materials;
• li>Analytics in the CRM system;
• Making changes to the prices;
• Informing the staff about advertising campaigns conducted in the clinic;
• Management of the clinic website.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN IN OUR COMPANY:

Rate + KPE + bonuses.

Yes, in the first month you will get 20,000 hryvnias;

An employee who works for 3 months will earn UAH 30,000 - 50,000, depending on your level of competence, experience and skills at work.
