The company emphasizes system work, development of the sales team and quality control of important processes. Requirements: Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years. Knowledge of operational processes of the emerging niche: Understanding of all aspects of the company's operational activities, including production, supply, logistics and customer service processes. Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that are in line with the company's strategic goals. Possession of tools to effectively allocate resources, including human, material and financial resources, to achieve operational goals. Ability to identify and implement improvements in operational processes to reduce costs and increase productivity. Knowledge of budgeting, financial performance analysis, and the ability to make decisions based on financial information. Understanding of modern technologies and their application to operational activities, such as automation and data analytics. High level of analytical abilities and the ability to make informed decisions. The ability to work in a team and build partnerships. Focus on results.
