Operations Coordinator (Remote, Monday.com) in Antoniko

We are looking for a "system person" who will become the right hand of the business owner and take over process management. We have several directions: a network of car services, media projects and IT solutions. If you adore order, and chaos in tasks makes you want to immediately structure everything - we are waiting for you.
You are our ideal candidate if:
You are systematic. For you, order in tables and task managers is more important than "creative impulse".
You are a "presser". You don't wait for the contractor to remember the deadline, but remind yourself in such a way that it is impossible to forget.
You are on the "you" with technologies. Monday.com, Notion, ChatGPT are basic tools for you, not fancy names.
You understand numbers. You can calculate the cost of a lead or evaluate the effectiveness of advertising based on basic metrics.
What you will need to do: Manage a team of contractors: set clear terms of reference and control deadlines (2 IT specialists, a content manager, a logistician).
Administer Monday.com: maintain the relevance of all boards, statuses and deadlines.
Communicate: correspond with partners, conduct initial interviews, monitor workers chats in Telegram.
Create a knowledge base: describe regulations, collect instructions and access in one place.
Implement AI: use neural networks to automate routines and generate content.
