PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee time tracking
- Managing and overseeing the employee time tracking system
- Analyzing employee work based on reports; statistics, metrics, analytics
- Verifying data accuracy and making necessary adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with timekeeping rules for employees with unique work schedules
Analysis of payments and bonuses
- Collecting financial documentation, preparing information for monthly payments
- Updating expense item accounting system, entering salaries into the accounting system
- Reports on travel expenses, maintaining the vacation and sick leave system
- Tracking bonus payments, managing the employee bonus pool, stock issuance tracking
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or related fields
- Work experience in analytics, preferably in HR or finance
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
- Attention to detail, ability to work with large volumes of data
- Team player with strong communication skills
