About the Agency. This is a team that implements projects in the field of economic development, business support, modernization of state services and promotion of entrepreneurship support programs. We work under the leadership of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine (Ministry of Economy) with international donors and representatives of Ukrainian business.

Role in the team. The operational support expert is responsible for interacting with entrepreneurs, providing advice on government programs and services on the "Made in Ukraine" portal, as well as selecting relevant business support tools and clarifying the policies of the Ministry of Economy.

Main duties:

• providing business support programs and tools;" Ukraine";

• selection for entrepreneurs of the most suitable support programs based on their needs and profile;

• providing answers to the Ministry of Economy's policies and programs; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> interaction with the Ministry of Economy and partners to clarify the details of the programs;

  systems, preparation of short reports on work with clients.
  
  Requirements for the candidate:
  
  

• work experience in the field of client support, consulting, working with business or in state/international projects - from 2 years;

• excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex things in simple words;

• skills for working with electronic services and portals (knowledge of CRM or Helpdesk systems is desirable);

• result orientation, responsibility, ability to work autonomously;

• experience in working with regulatory documents and government support programs is desirable.
