What to do in the positionOperational Service Quality Control Analyst:

• Manage the incident lifecycle, including confirmation of its resolution and closure request after its processing;
• Cooperate with specialized structural divisions of the Main Bank in terms of timely resolution of requests and resolution of problems arising in the work of the Branches;
• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Initiate optimization of processes in the operational and cashier work of Departments;
• Coordinate the interaction of 1st and 2nd line support services;
• Maintain the Knowledge Base in ServiceDesk Plus (user support);
• Perform an analysis of the problems identified in the process of operational support of the Departments and participate in the development of measures to eliminate them;
• Carry out processes for managing appeals, incidents and problems in the Bank's IT systems (I support line);
• Develop and generate regular reports on inquiries and incidents.

Our expectations:

• work experience in the Bank (knowledge and understanding of banking processes);
• experience in ABC B2/JET B2, SD+/Jira
• ability to set priorities, take responsibility, be proactive and multi-perseverance, stress resistance, prompt decision-making and escalation of issues, communication skills.
