Functional tasks: Writing and updating internal documents (policies, procedures, methods) on operational risk management issues; Preparation of expert opinions on operational risk management issues risks and internal control; Collection and analysis of information on operational risk events, coordination of their resolution; Participation in self-assessment of operational risks; Training for personnel on operational risk management and internal control; Organization and coordination of implementation and further support of new software on operational risk management; Preparation of reports on operational risk management and internal control for collegial bodies and management of the National Bank. Our expectations from the candidate: Work experience in the field of risk management; Basic knowledge of the application of operational risk management tools: maintaining the database of operational risk events risk, self-assessment of operational risk, monitoring of key indicators of operational risk; Experience in writing internal documents (policies, procedures, methods) on operational risk management; Practical experience in analyzing processes to identify operational risks and internal control deficiencies; Experience in preparing reports on operational risk .;Full higher economic, financial, legal, technical or physical-mathematical education (specialist, master);English language level not lower than B2;Experience: in the area related to IT: writing business requirements/technical tasks regarding automation of operational risk management tools; use of analytical tools for reporting (for example, Power BI); identification and assessment of IT risk. analysis of operational risks related to outsourcing; development / maintenance of operational risk insurance policy.;
