What to do:

• Collection of data from internal systems and other divisions of the Bank
• Uploading of information in Excel format, transferring and bringing data to a unified form (tables, templates)
• Consolidation of information from various sources for further analysis
• Performance of additional calculations and construction of analytical tables
• Analysis of operational risk indicators, identification of trends, deviations and potential problems
• Preparation of analytical conclusions, proposals and recommendations
• Formation of presentation materials based on the results of analysis, including conclusions for internal use

This will require:

• Experience in the banking sector: from 3 years, of which at least 1 year — in the direction of operational risks, IT risks and/or business continuity
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding operational risk management and ensuring business continuity
• Experience in developing internal regulations, analytical materials, reports and presentations
• Higher education (economics / finance / IT / risk management)
• Proficient in Excel (consolidated tables, formulas, work with large data sets), Word and PowerPoint
• Practical experience in collecting, processing and structuring data
• Skills for unifying unstructured information (tables, templates, report forms), performing calculations and forming analytical conclusions
• Analytical and systemic thinking, effective communication, self-organization
