THE MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To drive and develop campaign processes focused on the customer centric needs and personal offers based on the targeted segments.Define marketing communications strategy (media mix, budget allocation across services, etc.).Plan and budgets all necessary advertising materials based on the national campaigns, other marketing and sales needs.Coordinate with Global and country marketing team to provide high level content of advertising materials in correspondence with campaign needs and customer value proposition.Manage external agencies in accordance with Lidea Brand Architecture Guidance.Build up process to monitor and consolidate all media planning, placement & analysis, the effectiveness of all events.Build up process to consolidate all marketing campaigns plans and analyzing the effectiveness of its elements.Participate in brand positioning & message creation for new products.Leads the Regional Marketing team in close cooperation with the Regional Head.Budget planning and control.REQUIREMENTS:Higher education.Fluency in English.5+ years of relevant experience in managerial roles of marketing function within international companies.Deep expertise in building marketing operational strategy, management. Planning and budgeting.Ability to think strategically but also has a hands-on pragmatic approach to implementation.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize work and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Focusing on action and outcomes.Strong proven integrator and people manager. Inspirational leader.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
