Marketing Generalist We are a Ukrainian manufacturer of GA&MA gel polish products and cosmetics, we are one of the five leaders in the Ukrainian market. We are modern and bold, looking for an open and systematic person in the marketing department. Main responsibilities: Implementation of the GA&MA brand development strategy in Ukraine and the world. Participation in the development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at attracting new and retaining existing customers — from creating budgets and plans to daily work on their implementation and effective implementation. Analysis of the market and competitive environment to identify new business opportunities for the company. Planning and implementation of campaigns digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, SMM and content marketing, engaging partners for cooperation on the necessary measures. Planning and implementation of expo marketing campaigns: analysis and preparation of materials for participation in top Ukrainian exhibitions Development and implementation of measurement tools effectiveness of marketing activities and their dynamics. Cooperation with management, teams of consultants, engineers and sales to develop materials for promotion and sales support. Candidate requirements: Higher education in the field of marketing, communications or related disciplines. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and project organization .In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.High level of organization, motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.We offer:Competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications.
