Work includes: Ensuring the efficiency of the department and meat production; Analysis of sales, balances, profitability, discounts, write-offs, efficiency of divisions and creation of reports based on these indicators; Creation and updating of technological maps; Inventory of leftovers of the Goodwine meat department, meat production; Cost calculation, pricing of products on the shelf and wholesale offers; Interaction with suppliers, drawing up contracts; Entering new counterparties and contracts into the database; Control of primary documentation. What we expect from you: Love for the category; Understanding of WMS systems; Knowledge of Excel & Word; Ability to work with reports (including PowerBI); High organization and independence in work, attention to details.
