We are looking for reinforcements in the team of Ani Kolesnikova - the head of the "Return Alive" project office. Anya has been in PZ for almost 4 years, worked as an operations manager. Now she headed the new structural division of the Fund, which will deal with the implementation of new projects for competent and effective assistance to our military.

• You have at least two years of experience in a similar position;

• You can call yourself a "table person", you like to keep them, you know the basic formulas of Excel/Google Sheets;

• Share with us cases of successful debugging and process optimization;

• Do you have experience in document management;

• Do you have experience in ERP/CRM

• You have good communication skills;

• Effectively organize your own working time;

• You carefully check the details;

• Ability to train others - you will have to explain to the team how to use various tools/documentation in projects;

• Experience of service in the Armed Forces - you will be able to better immerse yourself in the specifics of the work, having a common language with the military;

• Understanding the accounting of goods - it will be useful for you to understand the nomenclature, because we purchase a lot of different property for projects.

What exactly will you do:

• Collection of data and systematization of information on previous projects;

• You will manage all tables related to the project office: update information, help all project participants in using tables;

• Creating and filling the data infrastructure for projects, providing access;

• Collection and control of project office documents;

• You will help project managers;

• Systematization of project office work.
