We will be happy to work together if you:

• have experience in a similar or related position for at least 2 years;

• you have experience in document management;

• can work with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Canva, Adobe Acrobat Pro;

• your level of English is upper-intermediate and above;

• you have great communication skills and easily find a common language with anyone;

• can prioritize tasks and requests, effectively manage your working time;

• carefully check the smallest aspects of your work.

Would be an advantage:

• experience in the public sector;

• ability to work with software necessary to optimize internal processes and document flow.

What exactly will you do:

• organization and ordering of services necessary for the implementation of projects and tasks (printing, translation of research, organization of research presentations, etc.);

• systematization of current work and project activities of the department;

• monitoring and provision of equipment needs of the analytical department (equipment, inventory, etc.);

• supporting communications of the department within the organization, facilitating interaction with other structural divisions;

• supporting external communications with stakeholders (arranging meetings and joint events, providing information upon request, etc.).
