Currently, we’re in the process of extending our international presence and we are in need of a person who will be in charge of operational matters and relocation. You will be assisting our people in moving to a new office location, helping to arrange their accommodation, taking part in onboarding and allowance for the newcomers and participating in related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Employee relocation management, including visa and relocation paperwork assistance
• Accommodation management (assistance in renting apartments, schools, kindergartens, hospitals etc)
• Office on-boarding for the newcomers
• Administrative, legal and supportive paperwork management
• Problem solving and office atmosphere maintainance
• Coordination with management around the World

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in managerial or operational role (experience in travel agency or real estate agency will be a plus)
• Experience participating in opening a new office location or experience as a Relocation Manager
• Driven by versatile tasks
• Independence and ability to work without major guidance
• Fluency in Polish and English languages
• Driving license (being an experienced driver)
