Evaluation of current operational processes with the aim of identifying shortcomings and opportunities for improvementCreation of detailed plans for the implementation of the newly developed operational modelEnsuring deadlines and optimal use of resourcesEffective interaction with staff, suppliers and partners to implement new processesProviding assistance and support to the team at all stagesPreparation of reports on the state of implementation of operational models for managementDevelopment of proposals for improving operational models based on the received data and feedbackWhat we expect from you:
