Tasks you will face:

  • Evaluation of current operational processes with the aim of identifying shortcomings and opportunities for improvement
  • Creation of detailed plans for the implementation of the newly developed operational model
  • Ensuring deadlines and optimal use of resources

  • Providing assistance and support to the team at all stages
  • Preparation of reports on the state of implementation of operational models for management
  • Development of proposals for improving operational models based on the received data and feedback
