- Working schedule: 9:00-18:00 Mon-Fri, on Fridays we work an hour less;
- Work format: hybrid, 1-2 days a week you can work remotely.
Functional responsibilities:
- Analysis and research of processes in the supply chain;
- Independent search for losses in related processes of the logistics center, stores and commerce, testing solutions for changes, their standardization and replication;
- Ability to process large volumes of disparate information and find cause-and-effect relationships;
- Definition of key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and development of reporting systems to control results;
- Development and implementation of projects to improve the efficiency of operations within the supply chain;
- Interaction with internal divisions (logistics, production, stores, procurement, finance, sales) to ensure consistency of processes;
- Change management and training of personnel in new processes and technologies.
Our wishes for the candidate:
- Higher education;
- Experience of working in food retail or in logistics companies;
- Experience of successfully implementing projects related to process optimization (from the framework of the logistics center to the shelf in the store: assortment, order, shelf loading, assembly, schedules and delivery windows to stores, etc.);
- Knowledge of the principles of retail trade, logistics centers, commercial activity;
- Mastery of process analysis methodology;
- Knowledge in the field of project management, process management, one of the methodologies: TOS, SixSigma, knowledge of the basics of Lean Management, approaches to analysis of losses in operations and development of optimization solutions, basic principles of change management;
- Knowledge of accounting systems: WMS, SAP, 1C;
- Involvement in transformation, optimization processes;
- Experience in drafting regulatory documentation;
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, proactivity, well-developed communication skills.
