Functional responsibilities:

  • Analysis and research of processes in the supply chain;
  • Independent search for losses in related processes of the logistics center, stores and commerce, testing solutions for changes, their standardization and replication;
  • Ability to process large volumes of disparate information and find cause-and-effect relationships;
  • Definition of key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and development of reporting systems to control results;
  • Development and implementation of projects to improve the efficiency of operations within the supply chain;
  • Interaction with internal divisions (logistics, production, stores, procurement, finance, sales) to ensure consistency of processes;
  • Change management and training of personnel in new processes and technologies.

Our wishes for the candidate:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience of working in food retail or in logistics companies;
  • Experience of successfully implementing projects related to process optimization (from the framework of the logistics center to the shelf in the store: assortment, order, shelf loading, assembly, schedules and delivery windows to stores, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the principles of retail trade, logistics centers, commercial activity;
  • Mastery of process analysis methodology;
  • Knowledge in the field of project management, process management, one of the methodologies: TOS, SixSigma, knowledge of the basics of Lean Management, approaches to analysis of losses in operations and development of optimization solutions, basic principles of change management;
  • Knowledge of accounting systems: WMS, SAP, 1C;
  • Involvement in transformation, optimization processes;
  • Experience in drafting regulatory documentation;
  • Analytical thinking, responsibility, proactivity, well-developed communication skills.
