In connection with the expansion, we are opening a new position "OPERATING FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, DEPUTY CFO".

Our candidate is a team player, a specialist in the field of management accounting, ready to effectively ensure the performance of key functions for the growth of the company in the role of the Operational Financial Director.

Our goal is to reach a new level in the market, improve the current management and control decisions, provide proactive control of activities to increase the efficiency of activities.

Our candidate is a professional with at least 2 years of experience in the position of financial director, deputy financial director, head of the financial department or business CEO partner in companies, the type of activity of which is related to: financial, legal, banking, development, trade activities. 

Requirements for the candidate:

Higher education (finance, economics, accounting and auditing);

• Knowledge methods of accounting and analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise, the forms and procedure of financial calculations;
• Skills in working with debtors and creditors;
  Successful experience in the development and implementation of management accounting, automation of business processes;

• Understanding of company/group financial reporting, accounting principles, ability to draw up management reporting of the company based on source data (including understanding of budgeting and business planning processes);
• Availability of business logic, the ability to see opportunities and risks, independently carry out a complex analysis in conditions of uncertainty and limited information;
• Willingness to take responsibility for one's work and results, proactivity, initiative, sociability;
• Work experience with non-resident companies will be an advantage.

The main tasks provided for by the position:

• Operational management Financial service of the Company;
• Management of the financial planning and budgeting system, control of financial indicators;
• Creation and analysis of the company's management reporting (CF, P&L, Balance, Dashboard, KPI, reporting at the request of the Council directors);
• Creation and control of various models of cash flows and mutual settlements;
• Management of cash flows, control and work with the Company's receivables;
• Support of administrative projects, control of income and expenses in operational and strategic activities;
• Interaction with business directions and service divisions of the Company;
• Participation in the automation of business processes, current decisions and management accounting;< /li>
• Constant monitoring and analysis of existing business processes and intensive implementation of measures to prevent abuse by the Company's employees;
• Improving the document management system with the aim of maximum efficiency, reliability and control in customer service and other ambitious tasks.
