  • Working schedule: 9:00-18:00 Mon-Fri, on Fridays we work an hour less;
  • Work format: hybrid, 1-2 days a week you can work remotely.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Analysis of operational, commercial, logistics processes to identify areas for improvement;
  • Implementation of operational directorate transformation projects;
  • Coordination of work between teams, contractors and internal divisions;
  • Leading regular meetings in the direction of Ambassadors with commerce, production and quality control department;
  • Preparation of proposals for improving operational processes based on analytical data and observations;
  • Coordination of work between divisions with the aim of qualitative implementation of initiatives to improve operational activity;
  • Testing of new technologies, processes or tools;
  • Implementation of pilot projects, decision-making on scaling;
  • Cooperation with the training department, organization of trainings for teams and units on the use of new processes, systems or tools;
  • Support of operational teams during the implementation of changes;
  • Participation in the process of updating documentation and regulations in accordance with the needs of operational activities;
  • Tracking the progress of tasks, monitoring compliance with quality standards and deadlines;
  • Timely informing management about risks and deviations.

Our wishes for the candidate:

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience in product retail;
  • Experience of successfully implementing projects related to the optimization of operational processes;
  • Basic knowledge of Lean or other process improvement methodologies, process management, knowledge of business process description notations;
  • Process modeling skills;
  • Ability to organize process research: benchmarking, collection, processing and data analysis;
  • Ability to organize hypothesis testing/testing/surveying/piloting the process taking into account existing constraints (regulatory, resource, technological, etc.);
  • Skill to identify, collect and document stakeholder requirements (business, functional, technical, etc.) for process improvement;
  • Risk managementand changes - the ability to identify events that can affect the process;
  • Experience in drafting regulatory documentation;
  • Involvement in transformation, optimization processes;
  • Proficiency in Excel - confident user, knowledge of 1C, SAP (preferred).
