Main responsibilities: Management support in ensuring the full integration of Operational Excellence - OpEx processes into business management processes. Act as an expert in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies applied in the execution of strategic projects and business tasks to realize new opportunities or develop OpEx concepts for new processes. Strengthening Lean management processes for daily productivity improvement and rapid response to performance deviations. applying rapid improvement methods such as Kaizen Ensuring there is a standard approach and process for problem solving Develops OpEx communities to identify ideas for further development of performance, OpEx approaches and culture Uses various communication, sharing and employee engagement mechanisms in OpEx processes ensuring appropriate mechanisms are in place for encouraging and recognizing improvements.Provides training on key OpEx methodologies related to performance improvement.Together with the appropriate line manager, is responsible for the continued development of operational excellence leaders and tracking in employee development plans. Requirements for the candidate for the position: Higher technical and/or business education. Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level and above. Clear understanding of production processes. Practical experience in implementing problem-solving tools. Practical experience in change management projects.
