Operational duty in 1+1 media

In the central office of a large company, we invite the cooperation of an operational duty officer. Candidate requirements: secondary technical education; work experience in the Security Service, security, military service in the Armed Forces, NG (recommendations from employers are welcome); similar work experience from the 1st year; work skills with standard office equipment (telephone, photocopier, fax, printer, PC); mastery of computer programs Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook (intermediate level); experience in controlling the security of facilities and responding in the event of emergency events, working with a video surveillance system, fire safety, alarm systems, databases; you have experience in receiving and processing applications for issuing passes, appeals and requests; you permanently live in Kyiv or the suburbs. Main duties: receiving and processing applications, transferring them to the appropriate department; issuing permanent and temporary a pass based on previous applications; interaction with security on issues of access regime and security of security facilities; control of the operational situation at security facilities with the help of video surveillance, security and fire alarm systems; registration of received information about events and informing the management of the Security Service. Working conditions : official employment, according to the Labor Code; paid sick leave and vacation (24 calendar days); work schedule: 3 days a week (15-16 shifts per month).
