Brief description of job duties by position:
- Conducting an analysis of the current main, supporting and management business processes in the company in order to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.
- Development of strategies to improve the quality of business processes taking into account the specifics of distribution of goods and optimization of logistics processes.
- Definition of key goals, standards and quality metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's business processes.
2. Development of regulations and establishment of a process quality management system:
- Development, implementation and support of the quality management system, including standards, procedures and regulations for the effective execution of business processes.
- Drafting the necessary regulations for each stage of the distribution of goods, including the processes of reception, storage, packaging and delivery, as well as other key processes of the company.
- Development and implementation of tools and techniques to improve the quality and productivity of business processes.
- Monitoring and measuring the results of improving the quality and effectiveness of processes.
3. Assessment and improvement of business processes:
- Creation of tools and methods for continuous measurement and improvement of the quality of business processes in the distribution chain and in the company in general.
- Implementation of quality control systems during the execution of various business processes, including tracking of delivery dates, quality control of goods, monitoring of warehouse stocks, etc.
- Ensuring compliance of business processes with quality standards and external regulatory requirements (if available).
- Conducting internal and external audits in order to assess compliance of processes with the company's internal quality standards.
- Development and implementation of a system of continuous process quality improvement (Kaizen approach).
4. Development of the process quality management system:
- Participation in the development and implementation of relevant new quality management standards, depending on the needs of the company.
- Ensuring support of management staff and employees in the field of quality management and adherence to process regulations.
5. Training and development of employees:
- Conducting trainings and exercises on quality management, quality improvement methods and business process management tools.
- Development of quality management culture in the company in general.
6. Participation in the development of the company's strategy and policies:
- Participation in the development of the company's quality policy and the implementation of quality improvement strategies to achieve common goalsthe main goals of the company.
- Interaction with other divisions of the company (logistics, procurement, sales) to optimize business processes and ensure a high level of customer service as part of the implementation of the company's development strategy.
7. Team management and employee training:
- Management of the quality management and business process development team, including performance evaluation and staff development in this direction.
- Organization of training programs for employees on compliance with regulations and execution of business processes in accordance with established quality standards.
- Motivation of the team to improve the quality of all processes to achieve the company's strategic goals
Requirements for the candidate:
- The Director of Business Process Quality must have a high level of analytical, leadership and communication skills, as well as have in-depth knowledge of quality and process management.
- He should also strive for continuous improvement of the processes and quality of all operations in the company.
- The Business Process Quality Director must have a deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain management processes of the company, have experience in implementing quality management systems in a similar context,
- And must also be able to effectively manage a team and cooperate with other departments of the company to achieve common strategic goals.
Motivation model:
- The rate is UAH 60,000
- Prize — UAH 40,000 for design (at the first stage of work) and process indicators.
