Your main tasks will be: Checking the budget (item-specific work plan with breakdown by period, cost, amount of expenses) during the budgeting process. Control on budget execution. Control of payments, preparation of payment registers for approval. Control of tenders (purchase applications, technical specifications for tenders). Approval of contracts for the purchase of MTR and services (according to the results of tenders). Approval of contracts for the supply of related goods. Approval of specifications for related goods (compliance with the terms of contracts regarding price changes). Control of purchase prices for compliance with signed specifications. including the automation of these processes in accounting systems. We expect from you: Higher education. Practical experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Experience in ERP systems. Experience in financial institutions or banks in the relevant direction will be an advantage from 3 years old. The ability to work with large amounts of information.
