Job duties: Description of existing operational business processes; Conducting an analysis of current operational processes to identify weaknesses, efficiencies and opportunities for optimization; Development of an implementation proposal measures to modernize production facilities in order to increase their productivity and reduce costs; Development and implementation of standards and procedures that contribute to the effective execution of operational business processes; Interaction with various departments of the company (including production, logistics, marketing, finance, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of changes. To successfully perform the tasks of the position, it is necessary: ​​Knowledge of production processes and work equipment used in the warehouse or in the Distribution Center; Experience with 1c programs, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI; Responsible attitude to own work and production process, compliance with established standards and professional norms; Ability to take initiative and make suggestions for improving production processes and work efficiency; Experience in describing business processes.
