Looking for a third operational regional director for our branches.

What is the purpose of the job:

• coordination of work and training of directors branches;
• participation in negotiations with national/regional networks and partners;
• participation in optimization and automation of branch work;
• control and achievement of planned indicators;
• analysis of trends and conditions for development;
• control of all TMC branches;
• selection of candidates for management positions;
• control/setting KPI;
• preparation of reports on the work of branches.

What we expect from you at the start:

• successful experience of managing a branch in an FMCG company for at least two years;
• knowledge of transport and warehouse logistics;
• experience in planning and time management, knowledge and skills in personal efficiency;
• experience in training employees and the desire to constantly improve their level of professionalism;
• knowledge of information processing methods using modern technical means of communication and communication;
• excellent presentation skills;
• readiness for regular business trips;
• readiness to relocation;
• availability of a certificate of cat. B, having your own transport is welcome.
