Operations analyst (sales) in Everstar

We are the Everstar agency. Our task is to help private defense companies find talented people and bring Ukraine closer to victory.

One ​​of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices, which improves the effectiveness of combat operations.

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes. Our Sales department is currently expanding, so we are looking for an Operations Analyst.

Required skills and experience:

• 5 years of experience working with analytical data (preferably in the operational field).
• Proficient in Excel (including Macros), 1C, Jira, Google Workspace (Power BI will be an advantage)
• Ability to work with large data sets and create analytical notes with conclusions.
• Experience in developing dashboards (writing T&Cs for creation) will be an advantage
• Attention to details, analytical and logical thinking.
• Proactivity and desire to develop within the team.
• Organization, responsibility, ability to work in multitasking mode.

Future responsibilities:

Analysis of sales performance.
• Collection, processing and systematization of data from various sources.
• Formation of analytical reporting and construction of dashboards
• Cooperation with related departments to coordinate indicators and optimize processes.
• Preparation of recommendations based on analytical conclusions.
