Operation manager/ Administrative manager in CyBridge Technologies

SI Group, LLC is looking for a talented and ambitious Operation manager to join our team. We are an investment holding company that specializes in investing and implementing projects in the fields of IT (blockchain), FinTech (lending) and construction (residential complexes and shopping centers).

Requirements:

Successful work experience in a similar position.  

Experience in compiling and submitting administrative reports.

Well-developed communication and organizational skills.

Self-organization, ability to work in multitasking conditions.

Openness to new things, active position.

Ability to work in a team.

Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities (key tasks):

Monitoring the performance of tasks by other employees.

Monitoring the performance of key indicators by department employees (achievement of goals).

Participation in planning projects.

Checking updates in general and by processes separately.

Finding solutions and solving operational problems, improving operational processes.

Formation of operational reporting by main areas . activities of a group of companies.

Researching new ideas and communicating them with analysts.

Operational coordination of company employees (via Asana).

Implementation and digitization of business processes , related to the company's operational activities.

Employee efficiency analysis.

Tool or process efficiency analysis.
