There are 5 operational managers and a team leader working in the direction of payments with merchants, in which a vacancy is currently open.
What is important for this role:
- experience with Excel (pivot tables and working with large sets of information, formulas and functions). We work mainly in Google Sheets
- experience in working with clients, the ability to explain and communicate information in correspondence mode
- the ability to communicate simply and accessible, be client-oriented. There will be a lot of interaction with internal and external customers
- responsibility in everything: deadlines, quality, commitment
- willingness to learn a lot of new information, work on solving non-standard situations - the ability to work in multitasking mode
work experience in finance (work with trade/Internet acquiring, online payments, banks, payment systems)
Tasks:
- processing applications when connecting new customers in the CRM system
- customer support - consultation on payment issues for completed orders
- informing about detected errors on supported resources, providing proposals for improving work
- checking the data of the identified customer in the internal system, transferring information on new customers to banks
- checking the amounts for payments to customers, communicating with technical specialists in case of contradictions
- creation of payments to the client-bank for correct payments, control of mailing registers to clients for payments
- monthly preparation of acts and registers for reconciliation with clients for the reporting period
