Improvement of gross profit: quarterly growth of 5%. Due to discipline and improvement of processes, deviations from the plan are no more than 5%. Work on customer retention: creation of business models with higher LTVs. Achieving average specialist performance (achievement of everyone's objectives) at 80%. Financial performance monitoring: daily review of financial statements such as profit and loss (P&L), balance sheets and cash flow statements to assess the financial health of the company. Optimization of operational processes: continuous analysis and improvement of operational procedures and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Reporting and analysis: regular preparation of reports for senior management with an assessment of the effectiveness of operations and recommendations for improvements. Tasks at VT: Calculate the return on costs: from each employee to automations. Reduce costs that do not bring a direct return on investment. Calculate the business model and describe the main marginal areas. Based on the business model, scale what gives the most profit. Create a company efficiency management system.
