Operation Analyst in Everstar

We are the Everstar agency. Our task is to help private defense companies find talented people and bring Ukraine closer to victory. 

One ​​of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of warfare. 

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes.  

The Operations department is expanding, so we are looking for an Operation Analyst.

Experience of working with analytical data (preferably in the field of operations).

Future responsibilities:

Analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the company.
• Collection, processing and systematization of data from various sources.
• Formation of analytical reporting and, if necessary, preparation of TK for building dashboards
• Planning and control of the income and expenditure budget.
• Calculation of rework, bonuses and premiums.
• Cooperation with related departments to coordinate indicators and optimize processes.
• Preparation of recommendations based on analytical resultsVkiv.
