The Opera Cloud Consultant / Leader will work with the program team to create and implement strategies to boost engagement, monitor adoption, resolve challenges, facilitate change, align processes, validate designs, and encourage positive participation throughout the company.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Expertise in at least one core area of hotel management, such as front office management, revenue management, finance, F&B management, housekeeping, guest services, staff training, or HR.
  • System Experience: Familiarity with OPERA Cloud or OPERA V5, and ideally with FOLS.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of hotel technology and applications.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer Care Skills: Excellent customer care skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams and challenges simultaneously.
