At ‘Open Eyes’, we provide a platform for SoftServians to create charitable projects from scratch, fundraise, and unite people around a good cause.IF YOU ARESharing the main values and commitments of the Fund 'Open Eyes' and SoftServeHaving at least 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in fundraising, charity, or CSR any other similar industriesPossessing research and analytical skillsShowing the ability to target the audience and act correspondinglySkilled in managing budgets and working with suppliersMotivated to work for the restoration of Ukraine and bring Victory closerOriented towards building long-term relationships with stakeholdersCapable of working individually as well as a part of the teamDemonstrating an advanced level of EnglishAND YOU WANT TOBe responsible for charitable projects of the Fund in Ukraine and PolandMonitor and implement the latest tendencies in projects and programsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with beneficiariesManage information, profile records, and fundraising activities of donors in a databaseManage the Fund’s project budget and ensure that the targets are metSpot fundraising opportunities and raise awareness of the organization's workCommunicate with SoftServe internal departments: Finance and Report Office, Legal team as well as Engagement and Sales departments concerning involvement of SoftServe’s clients in charitable projects and initiativesContribute to the annual preparation of the Fund's social reportTOGETHER WE WILLWork on impactful global projects, like buying 100 ambulances for Ukrainians to bring our victory closer or providing kids and teens with IT-related educational programsGrow with ongoing education and trainingAddress creative challenges and experiment with content and formats to generate measurable results for our Charity FundCooperate with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and veterans in joined efforts to bring the Victory closer SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
