IF YOU: share the core values ​​and commitment of the Open Eyes Foundation and SoftServe; you have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in fundraising, charity or CSR in any other similar fields; you have research and analytical skills; you know how to manage a budget and work with suppliers; you want to work for the restoration of Ukraine and the approach of Victory; you know how to build long-term relationships with interested parties; you speak English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher. ITIHOCHESH: responsible for charity projects of the Foundation in Ukraine and Poland; monitor and implement the latest trends in projects and programs; build and maintain long-term relationships with beneficiaries; manage information, profile records and activities of donors to fundraisers using data; manage the Fund's project budget and ensure the achievement of goals; identify fundraising opportunities and raise awareness of the organization's work; to communicate with internal departments of SoftServe: finance reporting department, legal team, etc.; to contribute to the annual preparation of the Foundation's social report; to work in a comfortable office in Lviv. TOGETHER WE WILL: work on impactful global projects, such as buying 100 ambulances to bring our victory closer, or providing children and teenagers with IT-related educational programs; grow through continuous learning and development; solve creative tasks and experiment with content and formats to get measurable results for our Charitable Foundation; to cooperate with the Armed Forces of Ukraine as veterans of joint work for the approach of Victory.
