Responsibilities: strong>
- Respond to requests from banks and TPP (Third Party Providers) regarding connection to the Open Banking HUB.
- Advise users on technical and operational issues.
- Provide support through various communication channels: e-mail, phone, chat, etc.
- Initiate and monitor the process of connecting new banks and TPPs to the HUB.
- Develop and update documentation and instructions for users.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex requests and issues.
- Track and report on the work and status of customer support.
- Participate in organizing and conducting trainings for clients.
Requirements for the candidate:
< li>Education:
Seniors or graduates with higher education in information technology, economics, finance or similar fields.
2. Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
- Experience in financial institutions or with Open Banking will be an advantage .
3. Knowledge and skills:
- Understanding the principles of Open Banking and current regulations.
- Knowledge of APIs, programming basics and integration processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
- Proficient command of Ukrainian and English.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work with a large amount of information.
- Knowledge MS Office, CRM systems and tools for the support service.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High level of organization and ability to multitask.
