2. Data Integration: Facilitate the integration of disparate data sources into a cohesive and semantically enriched framework using ontologies, enhancing data discoverability and usability.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software developers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
4. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest developments in semantic technology and ontology. Explore new tools, techniques, and standards for potential adoption.
5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to other team members on the effective use of ontology-based systems. Develop documentation and user guides.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance measures for ontology maintenance, including periodic reviews and updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements:

1. Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A PhD is preferred.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in ontology engineering, semantic web technologies, or a related area.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and other semantic web technologies. Experience with ontology development environments like Protégé is essential.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex systems and understand the relationships within large data sets.
5. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
6. Project Management: Experience in managing projects, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
