Role Overview: We seek an experienced Onsite Support Engineer with a minimum of 6 years in the field. This First Level / Tier 1 position involves providing technical support through Telephone, Email, and Interactive Chat to local and nationwide customers. The role primarily focuses on troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and general network connectivity issues. Opportunities for in-person support may also arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support roles.
• Proven ability to set up, configure, and install PCs and associated hardware.
• Experience in providing remote and in-person technical support.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Ability to follow project plans and complete tasks assigned by Project Managers.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience with rebuilding and configuring PC machines for end-users.
• Ability to support and maintain desktop, server, and network infrastructure equipment.
• Flexibility to support migration projects and other IT initiatives as needed.
