Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for an Online Support Specialist who is interested in working in a dynamic environment and providing high-quality support to our customers.
Tasks:
- Provide online support to customers verbally, via chats, email and social media;
- Answer customer questions and provide necessary information about the company's products and services;
- Solve technical and functional problems encountered by customers;
- Register and analyze customer requests for further improvement of products and services.
Requirements:
- High level of oral and written communication in foreign languages (English, Polish, Spanish, Czech, Italian)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and solve problems;
- Technical understanding of online platforms and the ability to quickly learn new programs;
- High responsibility and result orientation.
