Today, online customer support is a priority for us. That is why we are opening a new area of activity — we are looking for a contact center specialist (without calls) in Kyiv.

Main duties:

• Establishing communication between the client and the online store (via e-mail and chat);
• Communication with clients from other countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia);
• Cooperation with departments and partners involved in the processing of orders and returns;
• Analysis, support and monitoring of customer service processes;
• Cooperation with stationary stores, establishing communication between the store and the customer;
• Resolving problem situations and preventing their development;
• Ensuring a high level service;
• Participation in the preparation of information for publications on websites and their editing;
• Focus on the team KPI.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Fluent in the Ukrainian language;
• Ability to use an online translator;
• Resistance to stress and communication;
• A confident user PC, MS Excel, Word, Teams, Translator;
